« La chambre était propre, le personnel surtout Rahul et son adjoint (j’ai oublié son nom sorry!) étaient très avenants et nous demandaient à chaque fois si nous tout allait bien. Le quartier (qui est resté dans son jus des années 90) peut sembler faire peur au premier abord mais nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté que ce soit par la proximité des 2 métros/ bus à 5 mn qui emmènent direct à dumbo, que ce soit de jour ou de nuit. L’hôtel est très propre, un bar est à côté et la ligne de métro...

« Parfait superbe a part que l hotel était en travaux peinture changement de mobilier qu'on avait pas de meubles, de chaises, de bureau, de table de nuit, de tête de lit juste un lit très bon matelas posé au milieu de la pièce pas peinte un frigo parterre belle salle de bain. nous avons droit à aucune compensation ni de l hotel ni d'expedia qui se débine en blabla et en sorry sorry hope next time will be better une semaine à attendre qu'on nous change de chambre comme annoncé le premier jour on...

"Personnel à l’écoute, la chambre vue sur mer était chouette ! Confortable à 4\. On avait 4 grosses valises, on pouvait en allonger 2 dans l’entrée en s’organisant. Petit dej au top ! Franchement il faut prendre avec le p’tit dej, super complet du salé au sucré vous commandez au chef et il vous prépare cela. On a eu une enveloppe avec 1 coupon pour la famille chaque jour jusqu’à 100$ au-delà il faut payer le supplément. Au fur et à mesure que vous passez la commande, le prix s’affiche sur la caisse du chef. C’était bien bon !"

"La chambre était impeccable, vaste et propre, le personnel aimable. Le seul bémol c’était qu’il n’y avait pas vraiment de petit déjeuner disponible à l’hôtel mais on a pu trouver de quoi grignoter dans le coin. La localisation de l’hôtel était excellente."
