"We landed into the airport in San Diego at 10pm. I received a very friendly call from this hotel making sure we would get in by 11pm and that if not, we were given instructions for after-hours. The room was clean and ample space. The amenities in the room were plentiful. The bedding was excellent. Short walk from Vons."

"It is an absolutely breathtaking property - right on beautiful Coronado beach. The facilities were fantastic and even though the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, they have done a nice job to make sure the guest experience is minimally impacted by it. I was disappointed that the wifi did not work in our room at the brand new Shore House building and when I told the staff, they made it seem like it was "user error" even though I showed them how it worked in the lobby but not in my room. "An historic inn in a great location"

"No room service… room service is everything to me while vacationing. And a lot of renovations going on.. so spa was relocated. Took away from the experience. They should lower spa prices if can’t use a steam room , jacuzzi etc … "
