The service Manager Marion was the best in all my years of travelling we have ever come across. This place would be mediocre without her she made it fantastic.

Not a big review guy- but was moved to write one because of 1- how comfortable the bed was 2- how clean and quiet the room was 3 how nice the staff is Thank you!

Great Casino and rooms were comfortable. Entertainment was great with races and a concert!

The staff were great! They were all very friendly. The downside was the pool and hot were were closed and most of the equipment in the fitness room did not work.

Convenient location. This is a Red Roof that is clean and well maintained. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

We chose this Hotel because of the EV Charging units. Worked out well. We left the car on the charge for the night and left in the morning with a full battery. Rooms were nice and service was good.

Great stay convenient location

Very modern, home-y feel hotel that gave the “home away from home” experience. Everything was up to date and clean. Loved the kitchen in the room. It gave the option of comfortably eating in the room. Loved how spacious the room was and even how big the tv screen was! Was able to watch the NBA playoffs during our stay which was such a big deal! Breakfast food was good; tried the turkey/egg/cheese bagel and make-your-own waffles. Food was good in my opinion. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or...

Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was better than standard continental breakfast--included hot items like eggs and biscuits with gravy as well as variety of cold items such as cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. Enjoyed the pool which was open until 10pm as well as the gym which was well equipped. Liked that the room was wired for multiple devices and didn't have any issues with recharging 4 devices at once. Will certainly stay again.

Stayed overnight to go to Darien Lake. Nice, clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast had an amazing variety and waffles.

My experience has always been very good. The rooms are clean, staff are helpful and plenty of parking spaces. My only suggestion, for breakfast, is that bacon should be added to the menu. I was at the hotel this past Friday to Monday and bacon was not served at all, it would have been nice to have it served at least once. Overall, my experience has always been good.
