"The property is beautiful and the pictures accurately capture this. I have two suggestions. 1) I understand that the property is large and requires cleaning but a 5:00 PM check-in is too late in my opinion. 2) I booked through VRBO and agreed to the payment dates there. After my reservation was made through VRBO, the property management's external booking system kicked in. I received an email stating that the 2nd payment was required (two weeks earlier than VRBO) and if I didn't make it in...

"The cabin was a short walk from the water about 3-4 minutes where there was a nice dock to swim off of. It is a shared water access. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans. There is not much living room space but the yard is spacious. We had a few hiccups during our stay due to power outage and some items left by other guests but the host was very responsive. Marc Andre accommodated my disability needs which was great. "Sommes toute un beau petit chalet. L'endroit est propre mais les lits sont petits et pas très confortable. Le BBQ n'avait pas de gaz donc nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser. Un peut dispendieux pour un arrivée a 16h et un départ avant 11h! "

"Nice chalet next to a lot of local attractions. Memphrémagog lake was a 10 minutes drive. Chalet is cozy. My only downside would be the beds. I have a bad back and the beds were not as comfortable as I'm used to.. besides that great experience overall."

"My wife and I, sister-in-law, and nephew (10) spent three nights here and had an absolute blast. The property was immaculate and had everything we could want. My nephew loved the fire pit and playing in the huge yard and my wife and sister-in-law loved the incredible tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential cooking tools and the grill worked perfectly. We had an amazing time!"

"At first I was taken aback by the odd exterior (you need to go pretty far down the photos to see it, but the inside is very nice, nice kitchen extremely well stocked with pots, pans, tableware, espresso maker,drawer full of spices, lots of counter space. The living/dining room is nice too, as are the upstairs bedrooms. The area is peaceful, but we didn't use the yard which is small and hemmed in by woods and neighbors.
