"A beautiful place to use as a jumping off spot for hitting the slopes. Well appointed kitchen, but no spices or other staples. Comfortable beds, except one of the beds in the upstairs loft which needs some slats replaced. Lovely hot tub overlooking the lake. The driveway is very difficult to get up in the winter without a four-wheel drive vehicle, but there is some nearby alternative parking. Great communication from the hosts."

"Delightful property and well supplied and organized. In a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Mt. Orford, Magog, Sherbrooke and more. Note of caution, if steps are difficult for you or family members then this is not the house for you. Also downstairs shower and sink do not drain well."

"Our stay was perfect. The only advice is that if sand/salt could be provided, as the driveway was extremely icy. It made it dangerous/difficult to even walk to our cars or to the hot tub."

"We spent Easter at the Jackrabbit and had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the area which was great for our multigenerational family and dog. The chalet is very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We especially loved watching the neighbourhood from the dinning area (as did our dog). We talked about going back in a different season."

"We enjoyed our weekend at this cottage. It was great for the size of our group ( 11 people between the ages of 11-75). Despite the rainy weekend we were able to enjoy the games (ping pong, foosball, board games), and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and more. Our downsides were that the fireplace didn’t work despite several calls to the management and there was quite a few dead flies throughout the place including many on the beds. I have a feeling that...

"The location and home are beautiful. We stayed for a ski vacation at Orford and Owl's Head. Orford is a quicker drive, but neither is right there. It's also a bit out of the way for groceries and such, but if you bring what you need, the home is well appointed for cooking. Bring extra towels if you're the type of folks that need more than one bath towel, and maybe some spare toilet paper and paper towels as there wasn't enough of the former and there was none of the latter. Still, a lovely stay...

"The Lynx is very clean and comfortable. All new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. The bathrooms are new; one had a deep tub while the other had a great shower. We watched the total solar eclipse from the deck while having snacks and cocktails. Very conveniently located to excellent restaurants and cute shops. Montréal and Quebec City are within driving distance too. We will return!"

"Excellent! We were a group of 10 people (3 families) but could have easily handled 10 more people. Market, diner, fast food, brewery, park were all close by. Visited during the first week in April for the Total Solar Eclipse and location was excellent for it."

Le temps était magnifique pour faire du canot et du kayak sur le lac Lovering et se détendre dans le bain à remous. "The chalet was very nice. Positives: We appreciated how clean it was. Instructions for entry were clear. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of tools, dishes etc. Negatives: you can't really go into the lake at least not for swimming - many marshes and tons of mosquitoes. There are many mosquitoes outside the chalet too which make usage of the hot tub difficult. Bring mosquito repellant!"

"It is a very new property that has been well designed and finished throughout. Often the kitchen is not well equiped for 'real cooking' on rental properties however this property is a great kitchen. If they put in a hot tub for the ski crowd this beautiful property will have it all."
