"Elevators were down almost our entire stay. Valet took forever. They weren’t in any hurry to get our car and it took almost 30 minutes every time. The ac in the room was horrible. Didn’t work. No housekeeping service during our stay. Annoying when you spend three nights and have to get towels every day. "

"It was my first time in Lake Tahoe, and I stayed at Hyatt. I got there pretty late at night checking in. The staff was wonderful and I asked them about local restaurants for dinner. They suggested one across the street that one was amazing as well! When I woke up in the morning, I looked as on my window and it was just breathtaking to see the lake in the morning. It was a magical weekend!"
