The pool is nice, the hot tub though was not heated unfortunately. No food options on site, but only a 2 minute walk to store. Better option for breakfast or dinner is Noventa y tres which has amazing food! 3 minute walk. Would stay here again! We’ve stayed here often because it is within easy walking distance to most of the main city. The staff is excellent! My only complaint this time was the internet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, on one end of the balcony rooms overlooking the ocean. The internet was almost nonexistent, most of the time, in our room. I found out after the stay was over they have extenders which will boost the signal but you have to ask for one. "Transportation was awful. One from my party slipped on a spilled liquid in lobby. It was reported to Citlalli and they seemed to careless. Wanted to document in case of fracture and they made a call and said no manager was available."
