We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits right on the ocean with amazing emerald-colored water and incredible sunsets each evening. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fairly large.
