"The valet parking was far too expensive. They shouldn't charge a gratuity at the restaurant, especially since it's a buffet! Why pay a tip when you serve the food yourself? Regarding the second-floor pool: they rudely forced us to get out, claiming there was a mermaid show taking place. None of the guests present could understand why we were being prevented from enjoying an amenity we had already paid for. At the very least, they should have invited us to watch the show."

We have to go to a convenient store to buy thing, that the hotel has supposed to provide us. When they came, the order was incomplete. The place was over crowded, we have to wait for the elevator for 10 or 15 minutes. "
