I don't know what everyone is complaining about. We had a great stay at this hotel with no problems or issues at all. If you're looking for a $500 experience for $130, it's not going to happen. For the price, this was just right!

Pleasantly surprised by East Aurora and , especially, Roycroft Campus. Just our style of "period" lodging, great wait staff exuding "desire to please" and delicious food. Four room suite with furnishings in keeping with the Arts and Crafts movement was far above our usual status.

Location was great as it was both close to Fort Erie and Ralph Wilson Stadium as we attended the Buffalo/Miami game.

The neighbourhood was an absolute treat to walk and take in all the great architecture and landscaping, the Inn stood out as a focal point without taking away from the general vibe of the street. The music on the porch set a nice first impression, and the interior left us speechless. It was clean, charming and quite welcoming.
Our room, in person exceeded our expectation. The bed felt great and the bathroom was outfitted very thoughtfully. It felt both cozy and private....

Beautiful little boutique hotel right at Gates Circle in Buffalo. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Beautifully done bathroom with large shower, and the gas fireplace in the bedroom is luxurious. The little extras like the microwave popcorn, granola bars and selection of teas in the common area really are above and beyond. And to all of that the free parking, and you cannot do better anywhere.
