Cockspur Island Vacation Packages

Nice building and great staff. But, I’ll never stay there again. Way too much of a party atmosphere. The big thing is there is a nightclub on the roof of one of the hotel buildings that blasts club music until 1 AM. It’s so loud the bass shakes the room. The fact this isn’t mentioned during booking seems way out of line for a Marriott. We also had to call security because the room upstairs sounded like there was a fight going on, complete with screaming and banging on the exterior windows. I’m not whiny or overly sensitive, but the whole experience was weird. (to the credit of the staff, after I called security, they did take care of it pretty quick and the noise stopped in the room above us.) Like I said, weird environment for a Marriott and I won’t be back.

The best thing about this hotel is its central location, right in the heart of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable room and loved thoughtful touches like the complimentary happy hour, popcorn, and refreshments. My only minor issue was the room's Wi-Fi, which was occasionally slow and spotty.

Lovely staff, Spacious & clean rooms, Awesome amenities with a great central location, Would definitely stay here again.
