"Hotel was fine. Rooms fine. Could definitely use an update. Parking was high in my opinion when you’re already a guest at the hotel."

"Hotel was nice room was good. Staff however was not helpful. Concierge desk could not even give me directions to metro station. She just said to take an uber. The website said it is a 3 min drive. I put into my gps and its a 15 min drive. I asked another guest and they were able to tell me how to get there in 3 mins. They didnt tell me i needed a voucher for breakfast even when i asked at checkin that it was included. No mention that i needed a voucher. Then our 2nd night there a group of young kids checked in. All on our floor. 2 and a half hours of yelling and running up and down halls along with slamming doors. I called down and they said they would speak to chaperones. Continued til 1030 pm. Woken up by 5:30 to the start of it all over again. Complained again at check out but they had nothing to say but sorry. "

"Facility is clean. However, not convenient for tourists without a car to get to downtown area. Nearby food options limited to fast food only"

"Its an old hotel thats not needs a renovation badly. Town rack fell, knobb came of bathroom door and the bathtub didnt drain properly. Carpet coming up in the corners of the room an looks worn. Windows shades are filthy, bathroom vanity the wood is warn badly. Will never stay here again. The price is way to high per night to stay here. Its location is perfect though, and lobby looked nice. But I will never stay there again."

"1~We was tired from travel at night and there was chaos, Screaming and loud laughter the whole night from on room floor in n the same Corridor, no one of the stuff or security in the hotel stop them I felt like sleep deprived in night club There was complain from number of guests 2~There are not welcome in reception, directly issued feeling like just go finish go ur room "
