Outside of the hotel was okay, the day that we arrived was a little difficult to find somewhere to eat because my kids wanted pasta and the place down the streen at the convention center was closed. "My husband and I went here for my birthday, because of the lazy river. Everything about this trip was beautiful. Yes, we used the valet, and depending on the time of day, they can get really busy. For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. The service in the pool area was fast and friendly, quite impressive for how busy they can be. The lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi can get busy, so get there early. My husband and I would definitely go back!"
