« oh. my. gosh. This is THE most awesome little spot for St. Augustine. It is located right behind St. George St, so right in the heart of the action. We had the 3rd floor apartment. It was very cute, with a separate bed and living area, a little kitchen, and a balcony off the side. Because there are only 3 units it was quiet (although you can hear noise from the street, which is expected).

« Perfect 2 bed 1 bath within walking distance of downtown! It's a guest house on a lot with a bigger house, but it still was separate and very private. The space was clean, and instructions clear for check in and check out. Finding the back alley for parking was a little tricky, but not bad. There was only one parking spot for this unit that I could tell, but our other guests who stayed with us left their car in the downtown city parking garage for the weekend since you only have to pay to enter...

« This studio apartment located, in the Lincolnville section of St. Augustine, is adorable. A private oasis awaited us just beyond the gate with a soaking pool surrounded by a deck and lush vegetation. It IS a mini tropical paradise, well appointed with furniture and accent lighting.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor studio porch. The space itself is small but adequate for two people and my dog Nigel with ample kitchen items, a mini fridge and a very nice bathroom with a great shower!...
