"My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. Stains throughout the entire hallway, the walls are dirty and the paint is coming off the doors. We were afraid to enter the room. After watching the TV for a couple hours, the remote will not change the channel. We went down for breakfast at 9:29am the staff said we had two minutes to get breakfast after the front desk told us that breakfast was not over until 10 AM. We paid 25 for this breakfast the only thing that was edible was a yogurt. The eggs were burnt, no cream cheese for the bagels and the French toast cold and tasted like styrofoam. I can go on but will stop. I normally do not write reviews, but I do not want anyone to have to experience what we did !!"

"My room was not properly cleaned. It was mold under the sink in the bathroom and that’s where they put our “fresh towels” ( glad we brought our own). There was no microwave. We were on the sixth floor. Had to keep going down to the lobby just to warm up our food. It was dust around the beds and on the floor you can tell it was not properly swept and mopped. It was stains in the tub. I expected so much more from a Marriott hotel. I never stayed in one but always wanted to. I will not be returning, especially to this one."
