Close enought to Anchorage yet peaceful and private. As for cleanliness, bathroom sink was backed up with clogged drain, shower curtain was crusty and cabinet doors were tacky/sticky. The heater is quite noisy and struggled to maintain 64 degrees when it was 50 outside. Would not want to stay there in the cold winters. Tenants shop/garage is located beneath the apartment and you can hear all activity at all hours. Parking is fine for a small car, but a challenge for a pickup.
