Grocery store across the street was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Had a great stay.

The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels. I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence.

We received a surprise room upgrade upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better — Right across the from the gondola (which we loved for mountain biking) The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and B&D and can’t wait to come back :) Thanks so much!

Beautiful hotel!

Soon as we arrived we overwhelmed. It is a beautiful building, instantly relaxing feeling. Room was very big, we had bedroom, kitchen, balcony, living room. Stayed only two was not enough. Didn’t get any experience Onsen bath because of tattoos but we totally understand. We didn’t want leave!!! Thank you for the great time!

I enjoyed my stay at Inova very much. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a coffee bar by the reception which was great. I stayed on the first floor and it was very convenient. It is also a quick walk to the Kanazawa station.

Very conveniently situated right next to the JR station. About 10 minutes away from the old town. Each room has a washer/dryer. The onsen was a huge plus at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I spent 1 night for my Aqours pilgrimage. You need to ride a boat to get to the island (free if you stay at the hotel), Friendly staff, Absolutely stunning lobby, rooms, onsen, Mt. Fuji view, the best part is hearing nothing but waves when you open the door to the balcony. Also loved the Aqours Mari shrine room. I wish I stayed for more nights.
