"We stayed at Cotswold retreat for the weekend. The property was exactly as expected and listed, located in a nice quiet spot. First impressions were very good, the place was spotless and contained everything needed. Actually the little extras that made a change from " the norm " were that there was kitchen roll , tin foil and a few other things that I can't remember that you don't usually have provided for you in self catering. The bathroom is huge and was spotless too , the whirlpool bath is very good ! bed and lounge chairs very comfortable - large tv with sky which was handy. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area, and we took a tip from him and visited Castle Coombe village which is an amazing picturesque circa13th century village , well worth the walk from the top car park to visit. 5 stars all round and particularly enjoyed the home made fruit cake left for our arrival. Thanks again."

"Had a wonderful weekend at the Angel Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The general manager, Jonathan, was outstanding- went beyond the call of duty. Attended a group lunch organised by the hotel- food was excellent. Thank you to Jonathan for everything!!! "
