« Ambiance cottage anglais, les quelques chambres sont séparées de la réception et du restaurant par le parking. La chambre est (très) grande, le lit est de bonne qualité, des bouteilles d'eau, quelques gateaux, thé, café à disposition (même du vrai café, pas uniquement du saoluble !!!) : belles petites attentions ! La salle de bain est grande, il y fait chaud, tout est nettoyé nickel... Idyllique ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait, full english breakfast ! Nous n'avons pas pu tester le...

« We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all »

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "
