This is a very old property which has been sympathetically modernised. Spacious bedroom with lovely soft bedding. Good selections of tea, coffee and other drinks in the room. Staff were very attentive and the evening food gave good options on the menu which were well presented and tasty . We would stay again.

Lovely old inn very convenient for Bristol airport. Comfortable room with good facilities. No car park but easy access to free parking. Stairs up to rooms may be a little difficult for some, especially if handling luggage. Arrived on a Sunday & although I had checked availability of restaurant menus, there was very little choice. Will, however saved the day with excellent customer service & the chef certainly knows how to cook a superb Sunday lunch. Will definitely stay again.

Room was great, as was the food, but accommodation was let down by a messy backstairs access that is also used as a storage area = poor impression. Also, to charge extra for tea/coffee with breakfast felt a bit cheap; have never encountered that at other b&b pubs. Two areas for improvement!

Very cosy
Manager and staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Old property but managed well and my room was very clean and comfortable. Being an older property and it was -4 on one of the nights I stayed , it was a bit draughty despite the radiators being on full blast. There was an additional heater in the wardrobe which was very welcomed. Food was delicious on both evenings that I stayed there. I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous cosy country pub and hotel
Wonderful find and we were sad it was just 1 night before we went to the airport. Food fabulous. Service excellent and everything you could think of provided in the room!! We will definitely be back but for longer next time.
