This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control was arranged for all rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance.

"The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. "Good location, 2 minutes walk from train station. Nice staff. The original room that I booked was right on the big street so it was a bit noisy during the day but they immediately switched for me a room that faced a small street which is very quiet and nice room."

"I stayed at Asai Sathorn prior to this Chinatown location and had expected the same quality, but was sadly disappointed. The place seemed a bit frayed around the edges and the room we had could be cleaner. However, the location was right in the middle of Chinatown."
