The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day around town. The service was also impressive in every aspect. We took the complementary shuttle service to the pier area multiple times a day. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. We also stayed in 5 star hotels in Shanghai and Singapore during our trip, but this was the best overall experience.
