"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Hotel staff from the receptionists, concierge and housekeeping are all nice and friendly. Room (even the small one) is spacious and clean. We had 3 luggages and have no issue moving freely with luggages open. Toilet is big and clean - shower water pressure is strong. If there's one small gripe - it's that the toilet bowl flushing is abit weak, but this small issue is insignificant...
