"Dirty everywhere. Dirty room, dirty pool, dirty halls. This place is very dated and smells of cat urin. The carpet in our room was bubbling and grimy. The “breakfast” was a selection of bread, hard stale waffles and hard boiled eggs plus a handful of yogurt. The coffee was empty and after 30 minutes we made ourself a pot cause no one else had. Additionally they have people sleeping on the couches in the lobby, not sure why but it was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable for guests to use that space. Went to the pool, we understood it was busy but there was a huge group causing a ruckus and walking around with open liquor in the pool. The kids of that group were rushing ten at a time down the slide, so dirty, overcrowded, chaos. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Got upgraded which was nice, however the wear and tear is visible in this hotel, paint peeling things like that. Nothing over the top bad, comfy bed. Hottub wasn’t super hot, no towels in the pool area first thing in the morning. And with the construction happening, bit of a pain coming and going. Hop, skip and a jump from lots of shopping options and great food. Easy access to the highway, considering the construction. "

"Pond outside made it very peaceful staff was great. Mountains beautiful as always. Being woken up by ducks is always great unfortunately with hotels comes unexpected situations and woken up on a Sunday morning at 6:50am by the next door kids playing with the door between rooms wasn't on my bingo card for the morning. "

"The front desk was very nice. The rooms were clean, except there was no fan in the bathroom. Parking is always horrible. I’ve always had to park far away or near the gas station parking"
