### Fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

- Cleaning deposit: USD 125.00 per stay
- Spring Break deposit: USD 250.00 per stay (for stays between 01 March - 30 April)
- Cleaning fee: USD 150.00 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)
- Water fee: USD 16.65 per accommodation, per stay
- Utility fee: USD 10.75 per accommodation, per stay
- Electricity fee: USD 5.65 per stay for use over 3.33 kWh.
- Heating fee: USD 6.65 per night for use over 73 kWh.
- Consumption-based heating and electricity fees apply to stays of more than 1 night.
- A damage deposit of USD 150.00 will be collected before check-in.
