The Kimpton-Gray was a great hotel. There was construction on the street right outside our window, which was frustrating but nothing the hotel could really do about it. Other than that, the hotel was quiet and great in all other aspects! I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at this property. I loved how the staff sent txt messages asking how everything was and if I needed anything to let them know. Room was nice and clean. The the property is located walking distance from a lot of the places we wanted to go to.

I live in the Chicago suburbs, and this is my go-to hotel for short staycations with my husband. The hotel is beautiful and serene, the staff goes above and beyond and the bar is not only gorgeous, but has excellent cocktails.

The attention to detail was our favorite part! Everything was just perfect! The room, the services and how nice everyone was! Dining options right on first floor, everything is walking distance to hotel. They Allowed us early check in and late check out. I’d recommend to everyone !
