"The property was clean and there were plenty of sleeping spots for our family. The condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal."

"This is a charming town and beautifully decorated and comfortable condo! We had a struggle with getting the door lock to work but owner was quick to respond and assist. "What a great location right in the heart of downtown and the condo was nice, beds comfy. Not a lot of storage in kitchen for groceries/supplies and gave only three stars for cleanliness as dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use and there were no dishwasher pods. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Charlevoix is lovely."
