« Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? « Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others. »

« Everything was great, the home was cute. The parking was wonderful and the location couldn’t be better. Well stocked home with nice touches such as the guest book. My GPS landed me at the wrong place but that’s not a problem the owner had that’s a map issue. »

« It was a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, large. Great location. Minutes from downtown Petoskey and a quick drive to Nubs Nob. Would be a perfect location if anyone needed a place to stay during the baseball tournaments in the summer. »
