Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa.
The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels.
You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware. The compact refigerator provide storage.
This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space
We live locally and are available when necessary.
We'd love to give you local suggestions on where to eat, shop, hike and lounge.
Perfect getaway spot. If you want to park your car and walk to every amenity on property you can. There is dining, shopping, adventure, relaxation all at Boyne.
Take a short drive into Boyne City for a small town experience.
Walking is 10/10\.
Biking 10/10\.
Fly- private air port on site otherwise fly into Traverse City or Pellston.
Driving- Boyne City 6 miles away, Petoskey, Gaylord and Charlevoix 30 minutes away.
This is a studio condo. Bedroom, living space and kitchenette are all in the same room. There is private bathroom with a door and the sink is tucked nicely around the corner.
Main bed is a Queen
Pull out sofa is a Twin
Electric fireplace provides great ambiance.
We've added stylish touches to this condo to make you feel like you've walked into your home. Throw blankets, nice bedding and towels, toiletries and a coffee bar will make your stay extra special.
Roku TV and high speed internet. Ceiling fan and electric heat and a/c for additional comfort.
Luxury hotel inspired bedding and towels provided.
Bed is a Queen with an added pull out couch/twin for more space.
Enjoy a short 100 yard walk to the ski lift and the "downtown" area of the resort.
Find shopping, dining, and ski tickets all in this area.
Access to the hotel spa is also available with the purchase of a day pass.
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Lots of resort amenities as well that can be viewed by going to the Boyne Mountain website.
Newly installed bike path runs to Boyne City.
Washer and Dryer are located in a shared building with the condo association. The building is located near the pool. It is a brown building labled- Laundry.
It is free.
Heated pool available Memorial Day to Labor Day: Heated and Private to condo association.
This is a locked off unit from our larger unit Hilltop. This unit does share an interior wall with other guests. We made improvements to the sound proofing in Dec 2022\. We hope this will give guests a quiter stay!
