My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed at this location for the weekend! It was a 10 minute walk to Petoskey state park beach and trails as well as a 10 minute drive into downtown. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs which we didn’t like much but we should’ve confirmed before booking.
