« If you are looking for a value priced place to stay in Charlevoix, it's a good fit. Sauna was not operational and appeared to be used as a storage room, hot tub chemicals were significantly off balance and burned your eyes and skin, jets in hot tub seemed non operational and in need of repair, bedding was low quality and sub standard for typical hotel quality. « This is not the place to stay if you have weak knees or legs or generally not a strong able bodied person. We stayed on the second floor and had trouble with the old metal stairs. There are not many to climb but it was difficult for us, two seniors to navigate the stairs with luggage. No elevator as there are only two floors. « The room was small and workspace was hard to acquire. The room was smaller than other hotels and a bit cramped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate. I was in the upstairs room and getting in and out of the room was a chore. This is an adequate room if you don't want to pay the In Season prices. I would not say the room was business travel friendly. The room was clean, the air-conditioning worked and I had a hot shower. The contactless check in was a bit cumbersome but I got used...
