The pictures online does not do its justice! Super clean cozy and reminds us of a place we frequent in bend Oregon called the lodge! Highly recommended.
Recently overhauled and looking good. Really like the decor as each room is unique. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
unique check in process, when you arrive text number to get your electronic key and wifi password.
If all Motels were maintained like this we’d search them out more often!
Property was welcoming and clean. Pretty plants outside made it look like home.
Fresh towels and soap every day. Bed was wonderful to sleep on.
We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It was certainly a nice home away from home while enjoying Charlevoix.
The location was perfect for the event we attended. The host was very helpful on check in. Being pet friendly was a plus. We stayed in the king suite and it was just as advertised.
I remember what this property looked like before the remodel. It's a completely different property now. It's clean, rooms are comfortable and staff is extremely courteous. I will be staying here again.
Great location to downtown and very clean. We had a room upstairs and could hear all of the hallway noise, but perfect for a quick stay. Note: there are no hairdryers so plan to pack your own!
Great place to stay!! We needed a room for one night before heading over to Beaver Island and Adoba saved the day. Brand new renovation and great housekeeping staff was so appreciated, all at a super reasonable price during peak season in one of Michigan's priciest resort towns. THANK YOU- we'll be back.
Only 10-15 minute walk from downtown Charlevoix. *Note: No ice machine. Remote contactless entry, but staff does pick up the phone to assist.
Easy check-in and out, room had everything I needed and more for the night. Clean overall although the top comforter had a spot of something. Sheets were clean.
The property has been fully renovated & remodeled.
The rooms are colorful & beautiful!
Beds are comfortable.
Love the colored sheets & towels.
And loved the quick trip to the car!
My husband & I are in our 70’s and it was so much easier on us not to have to drag our suitcases through a lobby (and in the last two hotels we stayed at up the stairs - can you believe that in this day & age?) or up the elevator and down a long hall. Just a few steps and we were all settled in the room.
This property appears to have been recently renovated and is very nicely done. It offers glimpses of a motel from long ago with wood plank ceilings and vintage pink bathroom tile. Very convenient to coffee shops, and other businesses.
My one and only issue was OVERPOWERING SMELL of the room. It wasn’t a bad odor it was whatever was used to make the room smell “good”. It was so strong I had to sleep with the sheet (which also had a scent) over my nose. I woke with a sore throat that I attributed to the intense odor. If you are a person sensitive or allergic to scents, or suffer from asthma I would recommend you book elsewhere.
Super nice property that was just tastefully renovated, what a great find in this market. The new beds, shower, internet, soft linens/towels, in room coffee and location to the city are outstanding. Easy secure no touch ck in process, just went to my room. Loved having my car and bicycle right outside the door.
I normally don’t write reviews and I travel nationally but, had to on this hotel. Very nice and worth the money.
