« The space was charming and clean. Location was ideal for access to town and parking very convenient. I would have liked a USB charger some where in the unit, and a toilet paper holder. It was not easy to access behind you on the tank top. The chairs at the dining table were not very comfortable and there was nasty water in the base of the toilet bowl scrubber. I know the description stated steep stairs to the loft but I didn't realize you could barely stand up once you climbed up there. I did...

« There was a a cracked toilet seat lights didn’t work cobwebs all over the outside deck with a broken glider it was much smaller than what we were led to believe the stove was broken. The light above the kitchen sink did not work at all, even though we asked for it to be fixed. « My family and I (we have 2 boys - 7 and 5) truly enjoyed spending a week in Charlevoix in the Kroger Lofts. The property was spotless, decorated well and a super convenient location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The place was also well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, games, etc. My family and I definitely recommend staying here! »

« Being an owner of our own vrbo rental, there are a few things I look at when renting myself. Unit was very clean with recently updated bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and flooring. They really did a nice job. Location is unbeatable and short walks downtown are quite enjoyable. I would stay here again. »
