We came for a girls trip to explore Charlevoix and some nearby MI towns and loved it. House was clean, best location, and Michelle was super responsive to anything we needed. Great restaurants and shops all in walking distance, and there was even a Farmers Market in town one morning (Thursday)! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the marina. There were beautiful sunrises, quiet boat activity and views of Lake Charlevoix. The condo was as described and definitely enough room for a couple or small family. It was very quiet at night. The condo has just about everything you might need. There were a few minor repairs needed. The steps going upstairs to the loft were quite steep. Although not a problem for us, we did have to watch carefully going up and down the stairs. We spent a week at this lovely apartment in July. The location is perfect. We walked to downtown Charlevoix every morning through the picturesque and historic Belvedere neighborhood. The views are great as are the sunrises. The unit is very well equipped and clean. Parking is good and there are even carts to transport your luggage and groceries. We brought our bikes (there are bike racks) and cruised the Little Travers Wheelway which is a paved bicycle path that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Michelle thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The decor is so pretty and the view from the balcony is amazing! The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. The Host was incredibly generous in letting us rent her gorgeous condo, and we couldn’t have had a better experience there. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect, the place was very well-stocked with everyday items, and it was just the best getaway we could’ve imagined.
