"The house is old, so not everything is perfect, but it's cared for and nothing is out of ordinary for a house it's age. It was a good location and good layout for a two family trip. No problems or complaints. It's about equal distance from Nub's/Highlands and Boyne mountain (15 or so minutes from each) and 10 minutes or so from downtown Petoskey, which has good restaurants and some shops. I would recommend this property for any large groups or families who are coming up to ski. Thanks again"

"Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice, gorgeous views. Bugs were inescapable (due to being on water not due to cleanliness of hotel) making balcony unusable and spending time outside unenjoyable. Hotel very clean but pesky bugs throughout. "

"Be sure to make Reservations for the Restaurant! Food is outstanding my husband and I are fussy because we use to be Chefs! The inn is very quiet and it's a couple block to lake Michigan. Staff is very friendly!"
