"Great all the way around. A little dated & accessing 2nd & higher floors (especiallynwith luggage cart) is rather difficult. We stay here often because of the great customer service, convenient & quiet location & comfortable beds."

"Hotel is great and so was our stay. I wish we were told during checkin that we need to request for a room refresh. We came back to the room late at night only to see that beds weren’t made and coffee wasn’t replenished. If we would have known, we would have requested for a room refresh on our way out. "

"Our only complaint was that the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the bathtub faucet was loose. Everything else was great and the staff were very helpful."
