It was within walking distance to many restaurants and breweries and the hotel also has a shuttle. Our room was clean, the staff was nice. It was not a quiet room — there was road construction nearby which can’t be helped, but I could also hear an alarm in a nearby room.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn downtown was awesome. A treat to us was the shuttle to our restaurant. Jason gave a tour on our way there and back. That was an added bonus.

Overall, the hotel sits in a prime location, and the staff were pleasant. The room was in good condition. However, our sleep suffered because the air conditioning limited comfort. We prefer a cooler space, so the 68-degree minimum was a drawback. Furthermore, the unit failed to activate all night, keeping the room around 72–74 degrees and leading to a poor night’s rest.

The room was clean and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Our room had a nice view of the city. The location was perfect with its proximity to downtown. Even though it is located in a busy area, the room was quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of selections available. The pool area looked nice, though we didn't use it. The fitness center was small but had adequate equipment and weights. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were happy that they let us keep our vehicle in the parking lot until 4 pm after we checked out so that we could have some more time in the city without having to find another place to park.
