This recently updated condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, an outlet extension that has USB ports, an alarm clock/radio, and a dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. In the closet space you'll find an oscillating fan, as well as a luggage rack. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 3\. The kitchenette offers a 12 cup coffee maker, a mini fridge with a separate freezer section, a microwave, and a toaster, The mobile kitchen island offers additional storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a vanity for more storage space. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully. We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you brought your little one. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. He really enjoyed it especially the Jacuzzi tub. The unit I stayed in is in need of some minor updating repairs but they were in the process of doing that this Mother’s Day weekend but I spoke to Keith and told him that I may not be able to stay because my son Has issues with loud noises, so he had the crew start at the Edgewater across the street and I found that very accommodating and I was appreciative . Indoor outdoor pool was awesome and even though it was in the 50s outdoors, the pool was warm enough for us to get into. I would stay here again, The only thing I would recommend is a little bit bigger refrigerator like a small apartment size instead of the mini fridge. But that was a minor inconvenience . The carpets were disgusting and walls falling apart. The shower was not worth spending time in. Just overall disappointing based on pictures and descriptions. This space was ideal for that purpose. We were pleased to see that the photos of the space were a very accurate representation of the actual condition. Amenities were just what was needed, especially the large jaccuzzi tub which was very welcome on a winter's night. The only minor drawback was a bit of a delay in receiving check-in information, but we were late in arriving anyway, so it all worked out fine. Overall very enjoyable space in downtown Charlevoix. ##### Patrick M. Loved having a small kitchenette. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Sleeping area was away from busy traffic side of property and was very quiet.
