The Kroger Lofts are a collection of apartments that opened in July of 2024 that feature a common area rooftop deck with plunge pool that's heated all year round ! We welcome you to make memories in this unique space in the heart of downtown Charlevoix! This special place is close to everything, from dinning and shopping to spending the day at Michigan Beach or renting a boat from Ward Brother Marina! Come see what Charlevoix, MI has to offer and stay with us in our newly renovated 1915 building!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I (we have 2 boys - 7 and 5) truly enjoyed spending a week in Charlevoix in the Kroger Lofts. The property was spotless, decorated well and a super convenient location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The place was also well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, games, etc. My family and I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. We were one of the first to stay so did not have the opportunity to use the roof deck completely, but it did have fantastic views. Lots of thoughtful touches at this property.

Lovely place

Great location and wonderful view from the rooftop. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching and you can also see the ferry come and go. Will definitely go back again
