Sound insulation wasn't great as every time a neighbor came or went our unit would shake from their door shutting. The master bathroom sink sloped towards the wall so you couldn't use the left side to set anything on or it would be soaked. Could have used more than the one small towel rack in the bathroom. My bed squeaked, but I brought a noisemaker so I don't think I woke up anyone when I rolled over in bed and the mattress was very comfortable! The thermostat seemed to be just decorative as it was 74 when we arrived even though it was set to 71\. I turned it down to 63 for sleeping and it was 74 when I woke up, so the thermostat obviously doesn't affect the temperature.
