Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This beautifully updated condo boasts gorgeous laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, an outlet extension that has USB ports, an alarm clock/radio, and a dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. In the closet space, you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, an oscillating fan, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 luggage racks. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, 2 cozy rocking arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 4. The built-in kitchen island boasts plenty of storage. The range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving, a Keurig if you prefer, an abundance of counterspace and storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a beautiful vanity. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Charlevoix stays

Our stay was great. Great view, great price and the receptionist was awesome. We would stay again. The only things I could complain about was the carpet in the bedroom and the tub. The carpet was very custy and I wish I would have brought slippers to walk in. Also, the tub needed to be cleaned out before we used it. I wouldnt say it was dirty as in nobody cleaned it, but it was pretty dusty. I'm glad I brought some cleaning things with me. Again. I would stay and recommend them to other people. Just with the precaution of bringing zome cleaning wipes and some slippers to walk in.

Well appointed with one exception

We found the unit a generally pleasant experience. The location was ideal. All seating and especially the bed were very comfortable. Not quite to our liking was the small shower stall and toilet space. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I were celebrating our 2yr anniversary this visit so we thought we’d stay at the same place. While the room was clean and ready for us it could use a few updates. I booked room 104 as a dog friendly room and upon check-in I was told that I was booked for room 200 and that it was not a dog friendly room. I had to go through my emails to find what room number I was originally booked into, and then told that room 104 was under construction. Luckily room 105 was available and was a dog friendly room. I was also told I had not paid the dog fee yet so I was charged an additional $50. I didn’t realize that I was going to be charged a pet fee when I booked the room as I assumed it was built into the pet friendly description of the room.Room 105, although clean, was not worth the $230 that we paid for it. It was completely outdated, and all of the furniture was extremely uncomfortable and nothing matched. There was no “full kitchen” as described, but instead a makeshift kitchen with a tiny dishwasher, a cooktop, a bar sink and a microwave. The weird Jacuzzi tub with painted, chipping wood around it was really strange. This room is a tired old space and it needs to be updated. If you want to charge this kind of money for it, especially in the off-season. Unfortunately, we will not be recommending or returning.
