Very poor communication - dirty laundry was left in the washer. Dirty dishes left. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly; Upon leaving, a large Russian man who was apparently the cleaner came into the room without our knowledge. Had not knocked or announced his entry, just unlocked the door and walked right in. I was standing there undressed, terrified. He STILL didn’t make me aware of who he was: this was well before the checkout time. So he shouldn’t have been there at all: this was an extreme safety concern and a massive privacy violation. I made the rental company aware, three emails sent and they have ignored me and avoided further contact with a proper solution. Not even offering an apology. This is a warning moving forward- I wouldn’t book with these people again. They don’t take care of their clientele or guests.

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a fire alarm evacuation by 23h was ok but no sorry from staff and no little extra to make the guess feel like the hotel was understanding the incomfort of all the guests. No need for any kind of refund of course but a little acknoledgment from the direction would have been to my opinion the minimum in this type of Hotel. The staff is pleasant but will not make the extra mile to anticipate guest need. Unfortunetly some guests will look for these kind of actions in a four star hotel. Anyway not bad and very clean room and lobby food is great but what make the heart of an Hotel is the wilingness of Associates to go beyong expectations of guests. Haven’t seen it unfortunetly. Thank you.

No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

Great property. Great service.
