Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. Quiet, easy and nice to book check in check out only complaint no food included but you pay for what you get otherwise it’s perfect.

Excellent 24 hour shuttle service, very Pclean rooms,comfortable beds and linens, nice breakfast and great staff. Very close to airport but not noisy. Would stay again for sure.

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The washroom is sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is an excellent addition to our stay. We all love it.

Fantastic reno of a beautiful Art Deco historical building. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at. Love the lobby bar and restaurant which has a fantastic happy hour! Highly recommend and will make a point of staying again.
