"The rooms were beautiful and very well updated. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Navy Pier with plenty of great dining options around. The Red Line station is steps from the front door which made everything very accessible."

"First time staying in Omni was a good experience. It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "
