So we were not aware of the construction going on at this hotel and were very disappointed with the noise everyday loud booms and explosions and it shook the hotel and 6am alarms going off from construction. I came on vacation to relax not be woken up by noises. Had we know I would have booked somewhere else. I want my money back. Thanks Sarah

There was construction going on next to the hotel. This meant heavy construction traffic all day and night. They were blasting and that meant loud booms and building shaking. Our hotel was a mess, you could hear it at 10pm, 6am. And it was obnoxious. Very disappointed

So many nice things to say about this place! Breakfast included--excellent food/made a good start to each day Happy Hour--snacks and music--we only went one of our three days there, due to other things going on outside the hotel that we were doing, but it was awesome to be greeted with food that first day! Staff at desk and food areas were great.

I accidentally left a coat in a closet in my room that had great sentimental value. It was from a 10-mile race. I checked with the service that handles lost and found for the hotel. It was not turned in by the cleaning staff...very upsetting.
