« We loved the place. Our group was 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids under 13.
The house seems recently renovated, beautiful decoration, beds are great,
We sent kids to lower floor and adults on top.
Location is great. We had 2 cars parked at the house, yet we took subway to move around, which is a close walk. Also, there a small minimarket in the corner, which is useful for late snacks. Also a WholeFoods 3 minutes driving.
For us, this place was amazing, kids has fun and adults enjoyed it...

« This place is a great location but that is about all. Upon arrival I was not sure I was at the correct location because there is no way to see the address from the road and the property is very overgrown and the exterior is in rough shape which was surprising considering the cost per night. Once inside the floors were clean and beds were made but we were also met with broken blinds, ants crawling on the counter in the kitchen, green stains on the wall coming from the air conditioner, an exhaust...

« The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly. »
