« The cottage was quite nice and in a good location. We enjoyed the stay overall. When we first arrived, the cottage was very cold. Once we figured out how to heat the place, it was quite cozy. For the owners, I recommend turning the heat up before someone is coming, or leave an instruction book detailing how to use the pellet stove to keep the cottage at a good temperature (including overnight instructions would be helpful too). « It's a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lake Simcoe is amazingly clean and blue, and we got lucky with the weather at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and more. We paddled on stand up paddleboards, we used kayaks, we enjoyed the lake view from both patios. Everything in the house is very well thought through, we were able to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely come back. »

« We had so much fun at this resort. The cabin was perfect and everything was clean and exactly what we expected. The outdoor table and set up was so nice to be able to watch kids play either at the park or the beach, and also just enjoy a morning coffee. We used the boats and kayaks and games room too. Only thing was you have to park at the main area and carry items to your cabin but it’s not far. Would definitely recommend to other families. We will be back! »

« The room was serviceable and reasonably clean. To me it seemed expensive for what it was, but maybe that's the market for the area. The host was a little difficult to track down upon arrival as there is no clear office, but it worked out fine so I don't have any complaints, »

« Each cottage has its on dock and we spent days swimming and floating off ours on a clean, peaceful lake surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are lots of stairs to climb since the cottage is perched far up from the dock but we got a great workout. »

« Overall stay was good. Beds were nice, they have one room with 1 queen, second room with 2 twin beds and one sofa bed in the TV room. Speaking of the TV, the photos might be showing there is one but that's just for decoration as per the host. Water is not drinkable, so need to arrange it ourselves. There was vomit behind toilet seat in powder room when we checked in. Rest of the cabin was clean. The door for backyard deck did not have working locks nor did it have working grill. »
