« The host was prompt and responsive, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The lower-level heat was not functioning (with outdoor temperatures around -5C). Portable space heaters were provided, but they needed to be used continuously and repeatedly tripped the breakers, making it difficult to keep the area consistently warm.
