"The hotel was awesome but I don’t think the room they put me in was the one I paid for online. The pictures were showing a larger room and a sofa and balcony. We did not have those but had a smaller room and still paid over $500 for 2 nights. It was our first time there. I guess I’ll never know."

"Our rooms were in a good condition. There was dust on the ice bucket and dirt on the floor in one side of the room. Housekeeping was excellent otherwise. Front desk staff were friendly. Great property in a walkable area."

"Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends."
