"Lovely apartment but poor attention to maintenance. We stayed for 4 days, for 2 of those we had no working air conditioning during a very hot spell which was very uncomfortable. We reported the leaking toilet on the day we arrived but this was not repaired, culminating in the cistern continually noisily filling 24 hours per day and water continually flooding across the bathroom floor. The agent offered to move us on the last night but due to poor communication with the local rep we did not get...

"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
