"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!"

"Appartment complex was easy to find from owners direct map and final directions from the actual owners. Laura was very helpful, especially helpful was communicating via text, and in English, which made life very easy. Appartment was nice airy and light. We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to. However; no kettle!! Needs a kettle. Sofa bed was very comfy, however it would of been a nice touch if they correct sheets/ bedding were left out ready to make as it took us a while to...

"Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt von Mitte bis Ende Mai 2024 in der Ferienwohnung in Castiglione della Pescaia genossen. Total nette Vermieter und eine saubere Unterkunft. Die Anreise hat super geklappt. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und sind mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand gefahren. Man braucht ca 5-10 Minuten. Bis zum 31. Mai 2024 können die Parkplätzte am Strand kostenlos genutzt werden. "A lovely large house split into separate self catering apartments...I think 5 ...with gorgeous gardens, a beautiful large and very clean pool and surrounding chickens, goats and Tuscan scenery. A 20 min drive to pretty town of castelliogne, with lots of places to eat and a beach. Short drive to beaches and other old towns to explore. Facilities were great, we used the washing machine and Nils was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Would love to return."
